Play Therapy

Children's natural language is play . Play therapy allows children to openly express themselves, while feeling safe and supported. It can be used to help kids cope and heal from being bullied, grief and loss, trauma, abuse, divorce, moving, and other unexpected events. Many parents bring their children to receive play therapy to assist them with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and many other emotional and behavioral issues. It is typically used with children ages 3 to 12.
